When talking to Clients about compliance with legislation it became clear that whilst there are some excellent products on the market most, if not all, required some element of management and client input. Often the input required was put to the bottom of the list of jobs that required doing by the compliance managers because of that busy ever growing work schedule.
Salvus Business Solutions recognised this and developed a solution - quite simply we do it for you. We work with you to make it a bespoke and specific way for your business. How do we do this?
Process Flow:
- It begins with assigning a dedicated Consultant to you
- The Consultant will arrange a suitable date and time to conduct a site audit where we will identify your compliance obligations
- We then develop a draft register which we review with you and confirm it covers all requirements
- We then manage the register for you with monthly updates which clearly identifies exactly were you are not just legislation but your compliance obligations as well
- If you choose the complete package, we can also manage your compliance obligation by arranging servicing and testing of your infrastructure and reviewing and updating of your management system documentation
- At least yearly you will receive a status report against compliance. For those clients with ISO 14001 and or ISO 45001 the status report (audit report) can be used to demonstrate to an external audit body how the company has met its compliance obligation (Clause 9 of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
